Policy Limits
- Black Card: 2 business days if submitted before 3:00 PM MT. If submitted after 3:00 PM MT, add 1 business day.
- Non-Black Card: 5 business days if submitted before 3:00 PM MT. If submitted after 3:00 PM MT, add 1 business day.
Policy Existence
- Black Card: 5 business days if submitted before 3:00 PM MT. If submitted after 3:00 PM MT, add 1 business day.
- Non-Black Card: 7 business days if submitted before 3:00 PM MT. If submitted after 3:00 PM MT, add 1 business day.
Rush Options
- 3-Hour Rush (Policy Limits only):
- Ordered before 2:00 PM MT: delivered within 3 hours.
- Ordered after 2:00 PM MT: delivered by 12:00 PM MT the next business day.
- 1-Business-Day Rush: Submitted by 3:00 PM MT; delivered by 5:00 PM MT the next business day.
- 3-Business-Day and 5-Business-Day Rush: Same 3:00 PM MT cutoff applies.
Rush Assurance: If a rush is ordered and we do not meet the expected window, we
downgrade the fee to the level we actually met.
Performance: We track our SLA closely and consistently complete 90%+ of non-rush requests within the timelines listed above.

A Policy Existence request is used when the insurance company is unknown, or you are unsure whether the at-fault party has insurance coverage.
